Can I use more than one image if I order more than one item or sets of items?

Yes. if you order i.e.. set of cuff links and keyfobs you can have a different image on each item, like wise you order a selection of goods different images may be use


How do I send images and what format do you require?

In your confirmation email you will be given an email address to forward your image/s just email  them quoting your unique order number we support most pc formats .pdf .jpeg .tiff etc

You may also post your images if required and we will work with you to produce you artwork Free of Charge just let us know what you require

 

What size should the images be?

All products on the site state printable sizes if you require different items send the largest we will manipulate the images to suit the other products

How long will it take to complete my order?

We usually dispatch orders within 7 working days of receipt, if there are any delays you will be notified immediately.

Working days are classed as Mon-Fri

How do I pay for my order?

All retail orders are paid for prior to despatch

You can pay online through our secure servers using a Credit or Debit card or you can opt to pay by cheque/postal order this should be sent at time of placing your order or we can take your card details over the telephone.

Some customers have expressed an interest to pay via Google and Paypal this is now possible

Can I order goods and have them delivered as a gift?

Yes, just enter their delivery address in the shipping area. NB. please note we will not include an invoice with goods

Do you offer Discounts?

If you order multiple products you will automatically be given a discount at the checkout. during promotions you will receive a discount code in our newsletter to use in addition to any other discounts

Do you ship overseas?

We ship all over the world. please note that goods sent overseas are sent by the cheapest means this unfortunately delays the transit times, should you require a quote for express delivery we will be happy to quote

What happens if my goods arrive damaged?

Please inform us by email or telephone if your goods arrive damaged or missing, within 24 hours of receipt any delays will mean that our couriers will not be liable for any claims for damage or missing goods
